Community Involvement: Community service has always been an important part of Kevin’s life. During his youth, Kevin taught hockey lessons to younger kids, age 3 to 9. During summer vacation, he would tutor third graders at an inner city school in Chicago.
Through the Miami University hockey organization he was introduced to the Best Buddies International program, where he volunteered with kids and adults who have developmental disabilities. As part of the Cincinnati Cyclones, he volunteers regularly with HP4K’s Stick to Reading program and really enjoys interacting with the local kids.
