Under the direction of the Basilian Fathers and the St. Michael’s community, Jamie full-heartedly embraced the school’s motto “Teach me Goodness, Discipline and Knowledge.”

Following his junior career, Jamie moved on to play three years at Mercyhurst College and graduated in 2008 with a degree in International Business and a minor in French. While at Mercyhurst, Jamie volunteered at local elementary schools and participated in Learn to Read programs across the city. He also volunteered at the annual Thanksgiving Food Drive in the Erie, Pennsylvania community. During the summer, he returns to the St. Mike’s Arena to help out with the St. Michael’s Buzzers Double Blue hockey programs.

In his first pro season, Jamie helped the Cincinnati Cyclones win an ECHL North Division Championship. Jamie has been an active member of HP4K since arriving in Cincinnati, spending time with kids at the local Ronald McDonald House, leading floor hockey lessons at a YMCA afterschool program, visiting the Children’s Hospital and more. HP4K is very excited to have Jamie on board, as his outgoing personality and positive attitude are known to be contagious!
